Create a token for each tool that reads RTI
Press New token and name it after what will use it, like an owner's BI dashboard. RTI shows the token once and keeps only a SHA-256 hash of it, so copy it straight into that tool. Revoke it any time.
In RTI: API tokens
The list shows when each token was last used. Revoking one takes effect on its next request.
In the tool that reads RTI
Keep the token in a setting or secret store, never in shared code.
