How the link works
One identity, then everything rides the model.
No parallel spreadsheet, no manual re-mapping every revision. The link is the IFC GlobalId — the one identifier that survives a model re-export.

Bind by GlobalId
Map each tag to its model element with its 22-character IfcGloballyUniqueId — never a per-parse expressID. Import the whole mapping from a CSV in one pass.
Step 02
See status in space
Approved, verifying, or an open NCR — each tag's live inspection state renders on the element itself. Find the one red pin without scrolling a punch list.
Step 03
Seal the turnover
Closing a tag writes a hash-chained, timestamped record. The turnover package exports with the model element's GlobalId on every line — verifiable offline.
Two views, one source
The model tree and the inspection log are the same list.
Select an element in the IFC tree and its Ready-to-Inspect record is right there — matched by GlobalId, not by a name someone re-typed.
