- Can every sub on my job use the same checklist standard?
- Yes. You build the checklist once and bind it to the tags you hand out. Every trade scans the same way, answers the same items, and meets the same photo requirement, so 'ready' means the same thing no matter who submitted it.
- What happens when a sub submits incomplete work?
- They can't. The Photo Gate shows on the phone and is enforced on the server: if a mandatory item is unanswered or a required photo is missing, the submit stays locked and the server refuses it. Incomplete work never reaches your review board.
- Can the owner or their rep follow along without another login to manage?
