Questions worth asking any vendor, including us
Can you prove a record was not altered?
Version history inside a database an administrator controls is not the same as a tamper-evident chain. Ask what specifically would detect an edit.
Are inspections tied to a physical location?
A QR tag on the inspection point removes the most common data-quality problem in QA/QC: records attached to the wrong place.
Does the tool separate submission from approval?
The person doing the work should not be the person accepting it. The tool should make that separation structural, not procedural.
What does an auditor receive?
Ask for a sample export. If it does not include photos, timestamps, signatures and the chain state, it is a report rather than evidence.
