Insulation final inspection is where the punch list is either short or expensive. This checklist walks the finished work the way an owner or AHJ will see it: devices on, systems running, everything labeled. Each item gets the photo that closes it instead of reopening it. Accessible areas

Attic depth still at spec after all above-ceiling work
Depth markers re-read, insulation raked back over areas where other trades walked or ran late lines.
Access doors and hatches insulated and sealed
Insulation fixed to the hatch, weatherstripping continuous around the frame.
Insulation certificate posted where the project requires one
Where required, the certificate at the attic access or panel is filled in with product type, R-value and installed thickness, not left blank.
