What usually sends this back
The failures are almost always the evidence, not the work
- Handrail runs anchored into the board between blocking, tight at install but pulling loose the first time weight is put on them.
- Corner guards stopped short or misaligned at a splice, leaving the arris of the corner exposed above or below the guard.
- Rails set to a comfortable height by eye instead of the specified mounting height, and the accessible clearance at the wall comes up short.
