For foremen
Prove it was right the first time.
You run the crew and you know the work is good. What costs you is the kickback: a submission bounced for a missing photo, and now you're pulling people off tomorrow's task to re-shoot yesterday's. RTI captures the proof as the crew works, so what you send in doesn't come back.

What gets in the way, and what RTI does about it
Today
A submission comes back rejected for a missing photo, not bad work, and now you're pulling two guys off today's task to re-shoot a bay the next trade has already covered.
With RTI
The phone won't submit until the required photos and mandatory answers are attached. The gap gets caught while the crew is standing at the bay, so the submission leaves complete and doesn't bounce.
Today
You send the crew to document a level and half of it comes back tagged to the wrong grid line or the wrong unit.
With RTI
The crew scans the sticker on the actual member and gets the exact checklist bound to that tag. The location is fixed by the scan, so the proof lands where it belongs the first time.
Today
When the GC questions whether your crew really did the rough-in before it was closed, you're arguing from memory.
With RTI
Each photo is stored against its checklist item with the tag, the timestamp and the crew member who shot it. The record shows the work went in right, before it was covered, with a name on it.
Questions foremen ask
- My crew already does the work right. Why do submissions still get kicked back?
- Usually not for the work, but for the paperwork: a missing photo, an item nobody marked. RTI closes that gap by capturing proof as the crew works. The phone won't send a submission until the mandatory items and required photos are there, so what leaves the site is complete the first time.
- Won't stopping to document slow my crew down?
- The capture happens on the item they just finished, on a phone that's already in a pocket. That is faster than the alternative: coming back tomorrow to re-shoot a bay because the submission bounced, after the next trade has already moved into the area.
- How does the crew know which checklist goes with which location?
- They scan the QR sticker on the thing itself, the panel, the stud bay, the riser, and it opens the exact checklist bound to that tag. No hunting for the right form, no documenting the wrong grid line, no guessing which unit the photos belong to.
